 | The Harbour Cruise went off: it was the best ever. The most beautiful harbour in the world and three hours of great rock music. The crowd was awesome, sorry to those that missed out but don't worry we'll have one again next year. For now you can check out the pics over in our pics section. Thanks to everyone who came along. |

| Another top review | Fri 7th Jul 2006 |
Another wallopingly touching review has appeared in Faster Louder. Click here for a review of ROFL, Rattle Can Black, Thundabox @ The Agincourt (01/07/06)
"Thundabox is the loveable drunk who, week after week, much to your amusement, keeps getting chucked out of your local by the arsehole bouncer who you and your mates then collectively implore to 'Please let him back in', so you can watch him fall over again and buy him a beer."
"Completely lacking in pretence and armed with a barrel full of butter-churning riffs, Thundabox crank their tunes out with shit-eating grins and tongues firmly planted in (your mother’s) cheek."
| CRASSMAS '05 | Mon 12th Dec 2005 |
 | A lineup of four of the most hedonistic motherf*ckin bands in the southern hemisphere will be rocking the Lansdowne Hotel this Christmas Eve. Salacious Crumb, ThundaBox, Schlauncher and Rattle Can Black will be wielding the axes in a celebration they have (in)appropriately dubbed Crassmas '05. Entry is free, beer is cheap and morals are cheaper still. |
| Single Launch of "Alone" | Sat 1st Oct 2005 |
 | Triple Bypass: three unsigned Sydney bands with three hot new releases, playing at Vic on the Park next Friday night, October 14th.
The latest ThundaBox release is an EP-sized single that includes pre-release versions of three songs off our upcoming album - the tracks (which a lot of you would already know from our gigs) are 'Punk Rock Show', 'Sickie' and 'You Suck'. The title track and official single is 'Alone'. It has new vocals which were recently recorded at Troy Horse and sounds awesome. The other bonus track is a special radio edit of 'Me Mates Are C**ts'. The rude words (48 in all), have been blipped with Monty-Pythonesque / barnyard-ial / industrialised / sex-scene-like samples and it rocks immensely (thanks Mr Muc).
In the build up to next Friday's release ThundaBox will be interviewed live on 3 different radio stations.
On Saturday evening between 7 and 8pm we'll be on 2RRR 88.5 FM (Sydney Sounds with Big Daddy K).
On Wednesday afternoon between 2 and 4pm we'll be doing an interview and live performance on Radio Skidrow 88.9FM (Compaction with Justine Wahlin).
Thursday night between 11pm and midnight ThundaBox will be on 2SER 107.3FM (The Alternative Music Show with Wayne DZ).
